Abstract

The methodical recommendations embody the informational and methodical support of the "Professional competence of andragogue" training program for scientific, scientific-pedagogical, pedagogical workers, representatives of public organizations. The publication contains informational materials for lectures on the course, separate tasks for independent study according to the modules: "Development of personality competencies in adulthood: theoretical foundations", "Andragogue as a specialist in the field of education and training of adults: competence dimension", "Continuing education as a resource development of professional competence of andragogues in the conditions of formal, informal and informal education". It is addressed to managers, scientific, scientific and pedagogical staff, teaching staff of institutions of higher and post-graduate education, teaching staff of non-formal adult education institutions, representatives of public organizations, future teachers and other interested persons.
