Abstract

The organization of a manager's work at an enterprise is a process aimed at achieving goals by organizing appropriate resources (labor, materials, facilities, information, etc.) into the necessary results (goods, products, services). It is known that managers primarily influence the main element of the organization - the people who coordinate their activities. Management effectiveness is defined as the ratio of work results to the resources used to obtain them.
