Abstract

The relevance of human capital development for post-war needs of individuals, society, and the economy is indisputable today. Alongside depopulation, challenges to state policy include the imbalance in the labor market, compounded by a significant shortage of skilled workers and the degradation of the education system. In the context of war and post-war recovery in Ukraine, it is crucial to restore the prestige of vocational professions. It is demonstrated that enhancing the health-preserving competence of vocational training masters will contribute to improving the health of future skilled professionals.
