Abstract

It is considered that the development of democratic culture taks place on the territory of the EU through the simultaneous development of democratic education and community. It was revealed that the main tools for the realization of the goal were chosen to help students develop competencies for democratic culture in education, study practices, help schools and expand their opportunities to implement exchange of experience and communication on the way to building a democratic society.
