Abstract

Discrimination is defined as an illegal exchange of the rights of an individual in connection with their age, status, skin color, political and religious differences, social status, and other signs. The essence of the principle of non-discrimination is clear - regardless of the basic characteristics of the individual/or group of individuals that are guaranteed: equality of rights and freedoms, equality before the law, respect for the fairness of the skin of a person, equal opportunity i. It is stated that the essence of the principle of non-discrimination is avoided by replacing the concept of «anti-discrimination».
