Abstract

The state of war in Ukraine has caused a number of challenges and problems for various sectors, particularly in the field of education. Educational institutions of various types are forced to switch to distance learning without recovering from the Covid-19 pandemic. The impact of the war on educational activity needs considerable discussion, because the future of Ukraine depends on the education of the youth. Modern approaches to the training of a qualified worker are based on the introduction of a competency-based approach, and the graduate's competency becomes the result and indicator of his readiness for professional activity and an active role in public life.
