Abstract

The second summer of a full-scale Russian invasion is underway. The first shock has passed. We all went into "marathon runner mode". That is, we must not only defend our own independence, but also continue to work, create collective educational, economic, intellectual, and cultural products. We have to fight and at the same time build the image of a free post-war Ukraine. And, most importantly, we have to nurture the future, our youth, our children. So that this protracted war does not weigh down the burden of psychological trauma on their entire future life, we create conditions for rest, "digesting" the traumatic experience, ours and our children's. We should pay attention to the practices of emotional recovery, development of our own ability to resist, develop, move. Summer is usually a time of rest for educators. And although in the conditions of the continuation of hostilities, rest can only be conditional, we want to dedicate this issue to the practice of reproducing psychological balance, both personal and family. Therefore, the selection consists of several interrelated aspects of psychological, mental and social health of adults and children. We will consider the rules of communication during war, so as not to accidentally create additional zones of social tension. Particular attention is paid to personal psychological resilience and self-recovery practices. And finally, a little about film therapy and bibliotherapy with an explanation of the methods and certain recommendations of tapes and books. Because when else to communicate, delve into inner worlds, read and watch movies, if not in the summer. The recommendations are provided using the materials of the Bezpanika psychological center, the International Center for Mental Health and Human Rights, the UNIAN information agency, the Osvita.ua portal, the websites of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, and Telegram of the "Psychological Support" channel, which is a channel of the "Tell me" project.
