Abstract

Vocational guidance is a priority area of ​​work of professional (vocational and technical) education institutions, because the current socio-economic situation is marked by the mismatch of the market of educational services with the needs of the labor market, the requirements of employers for the level of professional training of specialists. Under these conditions, the complex systematic work of the institution, aimed at the professional self-determination of student youth and various categories of adult population, is becoming more and more relevant. Increasing the quality of vocational guidance work is today an urgent task for the entire system of vocational education.
