Abstract

Postgraduate education is designed to transform today's norms and stereotypes into an innovative individual educational trajectory of the teacher's professional and personal development. Therefore, each institution of postgraduate education creates its own regulated system of support for continuous teacher education in the attestation and inter-attestation periods of the educational process in order to overcome today's challenges and reduce the gap between science and production.
