Abstract

skilled workers are an important resource in the country's post-war reconstruction process, and their efforts contribute to rebuilding the economy, social structures and infrastructure, contributing to the country's stability and development. Their knowledge, skills and efforts play a crucial role in the recovery of all spheres of society, which helps to strengthen stability and promote the development of the country after the difficulties experienced. It is also important to support and invest in the development of education and vocational training to ensure the continuous growth of the skills and competence of the working personnel for the further recovery and development of the country.
