Abstract

The Marshall Plan for Ukraine envisages the post-war revival of Ukraine as a high-tech state. And this involves the introduction of the formation of human capital in Ukraine, which meets priorities 4.0 (4th Industrial Revolution, Industry 4.0, Modern Innovative Digital Society). In developed countries, these tasks are solved by Education 4.0. At the same time, there are active studies of Education 5.0, Education 6.0. Ukraine needs fast transits of the modern experience of the EU and the leading countries of the world.
