Abstract

The definition of the concept of "educational environment for the professional development of teachers" is given, the main aspects of creating an educational environment for the professional development of pedagogical workers of vocational pre-higher education institutions are outlined. The role of the methodical council of the college and the methodical office in the professional growth of teachers is considered.
