Abstract

The article defines the essence, structure, principles and organizational and pedagogical conditions of purposeful development of the professional competence of pedagogical workers of vocational colleges. Based on the results of the analysis of the psychological structure of pedagogical activity, the following structural components of the teacher's integrative properties were identified: motivational and valuable; cognitive and informational; behavioral and operational; personally reflective; emotional and willful.
