Abstract

The article presents the author's strategy for solving the problems of preparing pupils and students for self‐employment and carrying out business activities, taking into account the challenges of globalization and civilization, historical‐political, socioeconomic regional circumstances, local psychological and pedagogical factors of individual educational institutions and individual needs of future specialists. The concept of consulting on youth entrepreneurship in vocational education institutions is substantiated as a complex system strategy of goals, tasks, methodological approaches, principles, forms of organization of the psychological and pedagogical process of providing effective assistance to future specialists in starting their own business, as well as adaptation and successful implementation of entrepreneurial activity in the conditions of a market economy, which is realized in the intellectual, research‐analytical and project activities of pedagogical workers (on the basis of the analysis of problematic issues and the development of constructive solutions for their solution) and in interaction with students of professional education in order to apply the knowledge and skills they have acquired.
