Abstract
The educational and methodological manual was developed to help senior masters of professional (vocational and technical) education institutions in the context of the specifics of the organization of their professional activities in the conditions of reforming the industry. The manual highlights the role and place of the senior master in the system of domestic professional (vocational and technical) education, legal support for the professional activity of the senior master, modern requirements for the position of senior master of the ZP(PT)O, the functionality of the senior master in the process of planning, organization and control professional and practical training, the main aspects of the methodical activity of the senior master. Forms of planning and reporting documents for professional and practical training are provided in the appendices. The training and methodical manual "Instructional and methodical activities of the senior master of a vocational (vocational) education institution" is included in the structure of the comprehensive methodical support of educational module 7 "Instructional and methodical activities of a senior master in a professional education institution" in advanced training courses at the Belotserk Institute of Continuing Professional Education education The materials of the publication will be useful to pedagogical workers of ZP(PT)O, newly appointed senior masters and everyone who is interested in issues of organization and improvement of the quality of the educational process in ZP(PT)O.
