Abstract

In today's world, it is quite difficult to imagine the activities of enterprises, in particular the printing industry, without the introduction of automation, digitalization of personnel management processes, development and support of employees' digital competencies at the appropriate level. Due to the increasing digitization of many processes in modern printing, professionals must be able to effectively use modern digital tools, software and equipment. However, due to the rapid pace of change in digital technologies, professionals often need constant training and updating of their digital competencies.
