Abstract

The role of virtual simulators in shaping safety skills and preparing for the job market has been discussed in various fields. The possibilities of simulators in creating safe virtual environments for training professionals in high-risk conditions have been highlighted. It is emphasized that virtual simulators contribute to reducing risks in the workplace by effectively training safety measures and decreasing industrial injuries. The text points out resource savings and the flexibility of learning at convenient times, while also acknowledging the limitations of these simulators. The focus is on the role of virtual simulators in developing practical and interpersonal skills across different professions. The projected increase in the popularity of this technology is noted, along with the ongoing development and expansion of its capabilities.
