Abstract

Theses examine the psychological and pedagogical problems of learning and developing creative thinking of younger schoolchildren in difficult conditions. The purpose of primary education in the conditions of education reform is defined. The factors affecting the development and formation of personality are highlighted. The concepts of "creativity", "creative thinking", "creative process" are defined. The characteristics of the psychological characteristics of primary school students are revealed. The priority tasks of the modern Ukrainian primary school have been determined.
