Abstract

This article explores the peculiarities of individuals' adaptation in war situations, focusing on psychological, social, and physiological aspects of this process. The author examine the impact of stressful situations, wartime conflicts, and periods of danger on the psyche and behavior of individuals. The article highlights adaptation strategies that develop in wartime conditions, such as the formation of psychological defense, changes in social interactions, and adjustment to extraordinary circumstances. Possible consequences of prolonged adaptation to a war environment for physical and emotional well-being are also analyzed. This article is significant for understanding the influence of wartime conditions on human functioning and can serve as a foundation for further research in the field of war psychology and social adaptation.
