Abstract

In the modern world, where innovations and knowledge are rapidly evolving, managing intellectual capital in vocational education institutions becomes a crucial element to ensure competitiveness and the quality of educational programs. Taking into account the increasing role of digital culture and technological advancements, intellectual capital management enables vocational education institutions to generate and manage knowledge for preparing students to meet the demands of the contemporary job market. The relevance of intellectual capital management in vocational education institutions is emphasized by the fact that this system helps optimize the utilization of knowledge and resources, thus enhancing the efficiency of the educational process and the preparation of qualified professionals.
