Abstract

The professional activity of a teacher has always been associated with increased tension and stress, and the war has brought new challenges that Ukrainian educators have to deal with every day. That is why innovative approaches to the development of teachers in the context of war, including in the context of ensuring the quality of education, should include increasing their resilience, developing their own stress resistance, and improving their ability to restore their own resources and emotional state.
