Abstract

The collection of materials of the conference presents the works of psychologists, pedagogues, educators-practitioners on the current problems of today, in particular: highlighted questions about the importance of career guidance in the process of socio-psychological development of the individual; psychological support in the process of professional self-determination of ZZSO students and human professionogenesis; personal and professional development of different social and age categories of the population of Ukraine; as well as problems of professional success of the individual, psychological specificity of pedagogical activity in the era of global world changes, taking into account the peculiarities of personal changes in the conditions of military aggression, career counseling. The collection is addressed to pedagogical staff, scientists, practical psychologists, social educators, as well as students, parents, volunteers.
