Abstract

The article explores the possibilities of utilizing time management technologies in the self-education activities of academic and teaching staff in higher education institutions. It emphasizes that time management technology contributes to the organization of the self-education process, which is based on various methods and strategies of optimal time management. It is noted that time management technologies are an effective tool for the self-education activities of academic and teaching staff in higher education institutions.
