Abstract

The relevance of the course is determined by the fact that the research and use of innovative approaches to the organization of the educational process in vocational education and training is quite important and opens up unique opportunities to activate the processes of learning, education and cognition as a result of achieving a high level of education in society. Which, in turn, are one of the most important directions for achieving high results in the field of pedagogy and the study and implementation of modern teaching methods, educational and methodological support, methods of organizing the educational process for the preparation of future competitive specialists in the labor market. The purpose of the course is to update, deepen and systematize knowledge, develop and improve skills regarding the selection and implementation of innovative approaches in the professional training of qualified workers. The electronic course has been developed for masters and pedagogical workers of professional (vocational and technical) education institutions in the field of knowledge 01 "Education" at all stages of advanced training courses according to various learning models (full-time, part-time, full-time, distance learning). The electronic course is designed for 6 hours, of which 2 hours - lecture, 4 hours - seminar class.
