Abstract

A generalized analysis of the role of the family in the development of the personal potential of a preschool child, especially in preparing the child for school life, was carried out. The main problems of the modern family that hinder the process of preparing the child for school life are identified in the work. Practical recomendations for optimizing the role of the family in the process of preparing the child for life in a wide society are given.
