Abstract
The author analyzes the challenges and prospects for the development of corporate education in the conditions of war and post-war times. In particular, the format of staff training has changed, there has been more understanding and support in communications with employees, the content and priorities of training courses have changed, programs and courses on psychological support of employees, improvement of their mental health, training in self-regulation tools and crisis resistance skills have become important.
