Abstract

The possibilities of new corporate education formats in higher education institutionsare analyzed. They appear due to the integration of formal, informal and informal education. Theyare aimed at the implementation of individual strategies for the professional development of scientific and pedagogical workers with the development strategy of the educational institution.
