Abstract

The material examines the problem of a child's adaptation to school life and highlights the role of the family in this process. An analysis of the results of a survey of parents who have children of preschool age is given, and their attitude to the issues of socialization, speech development, self-organization and other aspects of the child's readiness for school is revealed.
