Abstract

The post-COVID-19 development of society, the Russian-Ukrainian war, the post-war recovery of the liberated territories, and the reform of the educational sector are just a few of the challenges that the psychological service in the Ukrainian education system must address. The Service needs to be reformed in order to operate successfully in the current environment. In order to develop a concept for reforming the Service for the period up to 2030, the working group conducted surveys, focus groups, online conferences with its employees, and SWOT analysis. The concept envisages the development of the Service and improvement of its efficiency in the current conditions.
