Abstract

In February 2019, the inclusion of the profession "andragogue" in the state classifier of professions prompts a systematic theoretical and practical study of the role map and functions of an andragogue. On the example of the developed workbook for the thematic courses "Professional skill of an andragogue", the experience of organizing advanced training in crisis conditions of war-related online training is represented.
