Abstract

In today's society, where the requirements for professional training and advanced training are constantly growing, effective learning and the educational process require scientifically based and modern approaches to pedagogical activities. The material discusses the key ways of development of scientific and methodological support of a teacher. These include active participation in scientific research and the implementation of its results in practice, increasing the role of pedagogical self-reflection, the use of innovative pedagogical technologies, continuous learning and joint work with other specialists in the relevant field. The topic is aimed at emphasizing the importance of further development and support of scientific and methodological support of teachers in the field of vocational education to ensure quality training and advanced training of future skilled workers, which meets the requirements of the modern labor market and contributes to the development of society as a whole.
