Abstract

The relevance of the course is determined by the provision of technologies and tools for managing changes in their own professional activities in the educational process in VET in conditions of continuous change; mastering certain skills in managing individual and group changes. The aim of the course is to develop modern systemic thinking and a set of special skills, practical knowledge and skills in organizing the process of change management among VET teachers. The e-course is designed for pedagogical staff of vocational (vocational-technical) education institutions in the field of knowledge 01 "Education" at all stages of advanced training courses in various learning models (full-time, part-time, full-time-distance, distance). The e-course is designed for 6 hours, of which 2 hours are lectures and 4 hours are seminars.
