Abstract

The relevance of the course is determined by the need to develop the competencies of a teacher in the field of personality psychology to ensure and implement an effective educational process, update and deepen professional knowledge and skills in the field of personality psychology, form a system of scientific theoretical knowledge on topical psychological issues of organization and reliable activity in human-person systems. The goal is to deepen and systematize teachers' knowledge of the nature and patterns of mental development of the subjects of the educational process, to improve the possibilities of studying the personality of the subjects of the educational process, about the psychological content of life goal setting as the most conscious and subjective form of structuring the personality of their future in the conditions of the human-centered paradigm of education. The e-course is designed for teachers of vocational (vocational-technical) education institutions in the field of knowledge 01 "Education" at all stages of advanced training courses in various learning models (full-time, part-time, full-time-distance, distance). The course is designed for 6 hours, of which 2 hours are lectures and 4 hours are seminars.
