Abstract

The relevance of the course is determined by the need to characterize the essence and peculiarities of the professional activity of the masters of industrial training, to ensure continuous training of the masters of industrial training in the aspect of formation and development of their skills. The reconstruction of our society, which places high demands on the quality of professional training of industrial training masters who would be competitive on the labor market in the conditions of the post-war recovery of Ukraine, is gaining significant importance. The purpose of the course is to develop the professional competence of the master of industrial training, related to labor functions, which involve the ability to use the results of his professional development. It is the professional development of the master of industrial training that ensures the effectiveness of the educational and industrial process, as it allows, from a scientific and practical point of view, to determine and implement the principles, content, forms, methods and means of innovative pedagogical activity. The course is designed for masters of industrial training of institutions of professional (vocational and technical) education in the field of knowledge 01 "Education" at all stages of advanced training courses according to various models of training (full-time, part-time, full-time and distance). The electronic course is designed for 6 hours, of which 2 hours - lecture, 4 hours - seminar classes.
