Abstract

The relevance of the course is determined by the accelerating pace of transformation of the national socio-cultural space, which has led to serious transformations in the field of regulatory support of the educational environment. At the same time, the growing contradictions in the education system of Ukraine have necessitated the transition to a qualitatively new model of educational services based on modern worldview positions. The theoretical and practice-oriented aspects of the course are aimed at continuously improving the pedagogical skills of managers and teachers. In particular, the development of professional-pedagogical, andragogical, communicative, psychological-facilitative and didactic competencies. The aim of the course is to form an understanding of the theory and methods of adult education in the context of continuous personal development; to acquire practical skills and abilities in the technology of organizing adult education. The e-course is designed for pedagogical staff of vocational (vocational-technical) education institutions in the field of knowledge 01 "Education" at all stages of advanced training courses in various learning models (full-time, part-time, full-time-distance, distance). The course is designed for 6 hours, of which 2 hours are lectures and 4 hours are seminars.
