Abstract

In the conditions of the post-war recovery of Ukraine, the problem of high-quality training of qualified workers in vocational (vocational and technical) education institutions (hereinafter - P(PT)O) becomes especially urgent. Pedagogical workers of P(PT)O institutions are directly engaged in the formation of their professional competences - masters of industrial training and teachers of professional and theoretical training. The formation of their psychological and pedagogical competencies is carried out during advanced training at the Belotserk Institute of Continuing Professional Education of the Educational Management University of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, which takes place with the use of innovative technologies.
