Abstract

The aim of the work is increasing of industrial complexes operation profitability for ore’s grinding and classification at mining and beneficiation factories by introducing complex performance factors into the technological regimes process forming. To solve the given problem, the provisions of the efficiency theory, methods of building extreme control systems are used. The model for determining the overall efficiency of technological complex production activity has been created. This model performs calculations based on available technological signals and allows determining the task effects of technological regulators based on profitability requirements. The paper proposes an approach to replacing the quality criterion with an analytically determined global optimum criterion for improving the profitability of the iron ore’s grinding and classifying technological process, based on the provisions of the efficiency theory. Synthesized structural diagram of the system for determining the components of the optimality criterion considers all significant parameters of raw materials, energy, resource of equipment and finished product. On the basis of the conducted research, it becomes possible to determine the structure and composition of the hardware and software of the optimal control system for wet grinding area and ensure the maximum possible profitability of the technological complex.
