Abstract

The paper describes the procedure of work of crisis intervention counselors working in schools in Poland. The main tasks of such work are to support the director of the educational institution in solving problems and conflicts, to help create and implement an action plan, to strengthen the educational role of teachers, and to work with people in crisis or conflict.
