Abstract
The article shows modern trends in the development of hybrid and mixed learning in educational institutions. The organization of the educational process in modern conditions and under modern civilizational challenges, which is constantly moving to wards hybrid or mixed learning with the use of elements of distance learning, is substantiated. It was revealed that the introduction of various informative and communicative technologies in to the education system is one of the ways to optimize the educational process, which brings many advantages and is a significant step to wards simplifying the organization of the educational process in educational institutions and increasing the efficiency of the independent work of education seekers, as well as objective assessment acquired competencies. It has been established that education is one of the basic human rights provided for in Article 26 of the Declaration of Human Rights, the Constitution of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine on Education. It is characterized that the combination of mixed and traditional forms of acquiring knowledge, abilities and skills (competencies) in educational institutions can provide students with a wide range of educational services to acquire program results necessary for future professional activities. It has been proven that the purpose of introducing hybrid learning into education is the use of the latest informative and communicative tools, as well as open access to educational resources for the organization of quality educational processes. This form of education allows you to quickly adapt to the requirements of the information society and prepare future specialists.
