Abstract

The author presents the results of the development and implementation of the training program "Preserving and Supporting Mental Health of Educational Staff in War Conditions" aimed at supporting and promoting the mental health of the staff of educational organizations, which has a direct impact on the education and upbringing of school children, meeting the needs of teaching staff and the effective work of educational organizations in the conditions of war.
