Abstract

In theses, the author claims that soft skills do not depend on previous knowledge or training and are equally important for both a novice specialist and a professional with extensive work experience. The formation of soft skills in future specialists of any specialty is an urgent problem and a justified requirement for the education of people in modern globalized conditions.
