Abstract

The article is devoted to the actual problem - the formation of psychological and pedagogical competences of pedagogical workers of professional (vocational and technical) education institutions with the help of innovative technologies. It was concluded that innovative pedagogical technologies are actively used in the process of improving the qualifications of pedagogical workers of these institutions in the Belotserk Institute of Continuing Professional Education of the Educational Management University of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine using the Teams platform and the institution's website. Questions related to innovative pedagogical technologies are included in each meaningful module of educational programs for professional development of pedagogical workers.
