Abstract

The publication reviews and analyzes the most popular open information and digital technologies by type: metadata of publications, authors and organizations used in scientific and pedagogical activities. These data sets can be used by scientists and teachers, graduate students and doctoral students in the process of conducting scientific and pedagogical research.
