Abstract

The analysis of the results of the all-Ukrainian online survey, conducted jointly by scientists of the Institute of Digitalization of Education of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the State Scientific Institution "Institute of Modernization of the Content of Education" in the period from March 13 to April 13, 2023, is presented, with the aim of identifying the public opinion of educators regarding the readiness to use online means and tools for distance learning of students, identification of educational resources, electronic learning tools that are in the greatest demand among teachers, and identification of their level of digital competence. Summarized data on the results of self-assessment by pedagogical workers of digital competence are given. Conclusions and recommendations are provided that will contribute to the effective use of survey results by education management bodies, institutions and institutions for teacher training, general secondary education institutions, scientific institutions and other interested parties during the organization and implementation of activities aimed at the development of the digital educational environment of schoolchildren and resolution of crisis situations caused by war.
