Abstract

The article discusses the peculiarities of designing, modelling and programming the taxi software system, which provides customers with direct access to a computer/mobile application in a dialogue mode to solve problems effectively, using a professional language and software and hardware artificial intelligence tools, and provides a thorough analysis of software requirements, testing and verification of the software system.
