Abstract

The Concept reveals modern views on autism, provided statistics and trends of its prevalence, defined issues of the day to assist children with autism in Ukraine. Details are presented the basic ideas of concepts such as: system help children with autism, family-oriented approach, dytynotsentryzm, professional orientation training, high professional level. The Concept specifies the ways of implementing the directions set out as follows: information, regulatory and educational software, teacher training system, and modern infrastructure of education. The effectiveness of implementation of the Concept reflects the expected results, including: setting standards for psychological and educational assistance to children with autism; implementation of the system of early care for children with autism; provision of educational institutions that implement inclusive education, the training-methodical, didactic materials, modern techniques and programs remedial developmental work; establishing training and retraining to work with children with autism.
