Abstract

Development of motivation for career growth is one of the priority areas of practical work of organizational psychologists. 3 groups of employees who need psychological help in building a career more than others are described: enterprising beginners, loyal performers and established professionals. The main means of development of motivation for career growth of employees of modern organizational psychology are described, taking into account the needs and psychological characteristics of different groups of employees and using methods of active social learning.
