Abstract

Meaningful content, duration and training methodology largely depends on the type of order, which affects the complexity of the tasks that trainers have to solve. Two types of orders are considered: task orders and problem orders. The described differences in goals, basic needs, and the final product of training should be taken into account in the process of developing training programs, which will make it possible to adapt them to the customer's needs as much as possible.
