Abstract

The article presents an analysis of scientific material on the problem of family role expectations of modern student youth, namely: theoretical interpretation of family-oriented expectations of modern student youth; readiness of a young person for future family life. The essence of the concept of "family-oriented expectations of modern student youth" is specified as a process of mental regulation of behavior, which is ensured by the cognitive, emotional, value and behavioral readiness of the individual for the future family life; the components of this concept are highlighted.
