Abstract
The abstracts of the report presented at the International Scientific online Conference "Thirteenth Siveryanski Social-Psychological Readings" on November 25, 2022 (Chernihiv) consider widespread practices of maintaining psychological health in extreme military conditions, provide the results of their narrative online research, conducted in April-May 2022 on a sample of 169 respondents from 19 regions of Ukraine. 9 identified typical practices of preserving and restoring one’s own psychological health, which were used by the respondents in the first months of the full-scale military aggression of the russian federation, are briefly described: household, communicative, work, patriotic, spiritual, informational, consultative-therapeutic, volunteer, and reflexive-developmental practices. The 5 most common practices and the age characteristics of their use are analyzed.
